I Gave Blood. Need More People To Donate
I gave a blood donation today. I have given 8 gallons in the past. Not all at once. Every 56 days I give blood at the UCLA Donor Center a pint at a time.
My blood pressure today was 110/78 and my pulse was 73.
It takes such a short amount of time out of the day and it makes me feel better. I am helping someone who needs blood.
So I decided to offer you a book on the subject so you can read it and make your own decision. If I were you I would, if possible, donate. there are restrictions but that can be explained when you phone up and schedule
