Exercise Helps Our Brain

Have you had your daily brain enhancement? Have you done your exercise today.
It is healthy for your brain for you to daily set aside time to do something simple as taking a walk. Gradually increase the distance. Start today to walk around the block. do that for a few days than increase the length to two blocks.  Increase the intensity-- the speed you walk--the action you take such as swinging your arms.
  Do a few squats. Run in place.
Get a jump rope and regain the thrill of jump rope you no doubt had as a child. Even you men can join in.
This can be done by yourself in the privacy of your own house.
There is no need to join a gym. Most of those gym plans are not completed. You buy the membership and then after a short while you skip the gym. And the organization that took your money gets to keep it.
 But for you who do work out it helps the flow of blood to your brain. This may slow down the breakdown of your brains ability to see you to the end of your life. You may slow down senility and Alzheimer's disease.
Try using vitamins for health . By health I mean the benefit of exercise on your brain. And your brain helps in your health.
