  A persons' health is very important. Eat right and get enough exercise. I personally do weights. Not too much. I can't as of yet push much weight.   You want a healthy body. You will not only look good but be good.
  Of course you will have to watch your cholesterol. My last test showed I was off the charts with my bad  cholesterol.
   Also watch those muscles. You want to perhaps build them up.  Feel free to do so.
